GRR Review Christmas Romance (The Best Christmas by Natalie-Nicole Bates

Christmas Romance is a collection of 4 short stories by four authors in a shared universe called Vine Grove where the people are friendly, snow comes early, and the right men are just around the corner.

1) Maisey met a couple friends around Christmas but refused a name from the Love List, but took the name anyway. When her taxi going home broke down, she was given a ride home by Deputy Sean Marshall. She was surprised that the name she drew from the list was indeed Sean Marshall...

2) Finn Dubose got away from her cheating husband and was wandering the country with her dog, but her stalker ex will not let her go, even though she fell in love with the local veterinarian who's kind and attractive. Then the stalker ex showed up in Vine Grove even as she was about to settle down...

3) Kady had to go home with her son Noah after losing everything in a fire, only to find Editon, a local entrepreneur, who had a crush on her back in school. Now that she's back, it's time to start over, and not to let her get away, again...

4) Dakota left the bustling city for the small town of Vine Grove with one secret mission... Find her birth father by taking a job at the local hospital, and almost ran into a local resident, Tristan Hart. When she drew Tristan's name from the love list, maybe it was fate that she will find her father... and a new love.

All four stories are neat and sweet though I think story two is merely average due to the handling of the ex. I liked stories three and four very much. Story one was actually last as it referred to characters in the subsequent stories. Characters are nice and there aren't that many extraneous characters.
